My wife has learned how to use the digital camera so there will be more pictures, the prep work still takes place at The Art of The Pig. I'm a lot bigger and don't wear rings on either hand, she is much smaller and does wear rings on both hands.

The ribs will wait until Sunday, with lobster on the Fourth I wanted a good steak on Friday, on the Sunday following I found out what a good steak really is.
