MENU FOR THE WEEK OF APRIL 20,  2009

Two items of note, this is the 52 entry, which makes the next the start of the New Year for this blog.

Also I have pervailed on The Chef to reveal her secrets, although you do need a Captain Video Secret Decoder Ring. The recipe source follows the name, sometimes, in Bold Face, and as well some errors have crept in. That said, F/S means freezer stash (left overs), FW 7/97 241 means Food and Wine July 1997 page 241, only the catfish isn't there. I don't know what either EI or STHTES means, but would venture the latter is to be found on page 241. Feel free to ask however.

Ok that isn't pork tenderloin, it is cold fried chicken. Lots of heat today, we had to run the AC in April no less.
